Randy Wilkens- President

Upon earning his Accounting degree from Fort Lewis College in 1991 Randy accepted a position with Arthur Andersen, LLP with the Audit Division of the Denver office. As an Independent Public Accountant, Randy gained a deep understanding of GAAP, working primarily in Construction, Real Estate Development, Regulated Public Utilities, Oil and Gas Exploration, and Ski Resort Industries. Randy relocated to the Vail Valley in 1995 and has since worked for and consulted with a variety of local companies. In September of 2002 Randy joined Summit Habitats as Controller and Human Resource Administrator. He was promoted to President in 2007.



Sandy Treat - Chairman

In 1981, while earning his degree in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver, Sandy founded Summit Habitats. He began renovating homes in the older neighborhoods of Denver, working hands-on in all phases of construction. After receiving his degree, Sandy developed and built in-fill homes in the Washington Park and Cherry Creek areas of Denver. Intrigued by the exciting architecture and unique building opportunities in the Vail Valley, Sandy decided to move operations to Vail in 1986. Since this time Summit Habitats has built distinctive homes throughout the Vail Valley.



Marit Lodge - Controller

Originally from Evergreen, Colorado, Marit lived in Aspen for 17 years before moving to the Vail Valley in 1993. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and started at Summit Habitats responsible for processing the construction draws and payables. In 2005 she was promoted to Assistant Controller and in 2007 she was promoted to Controller.



Debbie Desposato - Accounting Specialist

Debbie joined Summit Habitats in 2001 in the accounting department. Her experience in the banking industry makes her an excellent fit with the processing of draws and payables for the company.




Field Staff

Henry Cornelio - Customer Service Assistant

Henry came to live in Eagle, Colorado, by way of Chaiuaaua, Mexico. After arriving here in 1973, one of his first jobs was working on the construction of the Eisenhower Tunnel. In 1989, he became a legal resident and began working for Sandy Treat as a laborer. Henry worked his way up and now serves as a Customer Service Assistant for Summit Habitats.
